This powerfull strand pusher has been designed to push the strands in post-tensioning operations on job sites such as bridges, dams and so on.

 

Specifications :

  • welded frame with 4 adjustable legs (from 90 to 150 cm)
  • patented pushing device with 6 driving rollers – pushing speed variable from 50 to 100 m/min
  • possibility to feed the strands laterally from the driving unit
  • electronic inverter for speed and motor protection
  • hydraulic tightening of the driving rollers
  • maximum pushing capacity : approximately 100 meters depending on conditions
  • electric cabinet with power and safety organs
  • standard remote control with 2,5 m cable for manual mode (or radio break down)
  • guiding spring : 1 meter
  • power : 5,5 kW – power supply : 3x400 V
