Automatic cleaning machine WASH BOX
Automatic cleaning machine for prestressing grips WASH BOX.
No need to spend time tediously dismantling, cleaning, greasing and then manually assembling your enclosed PAUL anchors: the WASH’BOX takes care of everything!
The principle:
- 50 anchors are put in a basket
- The basket is put into the cleaning chamber of the WASH’BOX
- By closing the cleaning chamber, 50 cleaning axles push back the clamping jaws in the anchors; they then open the space between the clamping jaws and the anchor bodies
You can then begin the cleaning cycle: a cleaning product is released under high pressure to remove the impurities from all the tapered faces and the teeth of the clamping jaws.
When the cleaning operation is finished, quick drying of each anchor is achieved with a high pressure-blowing device.
Every cycle time is configurable (washing, drying etc)
When the washing operation has finished and the cleaning chamber is opened, the basket is transferred into the greasing chamber. Using the same principles as cleaning, a precise measure of Molykote ™ lubricant (Mo2) is injected into the tapered faces of the anchor.
The anchors are then ready for use - clean, dry and perfectly lubricated.
